Mizutaki is one of the traditional dishes of Hakata, Fukuoka! Our sister restaurant, Mizutaki Hanamidori, specializes in mizutaki and has been loved by many customers for a long time.This is a Mizutaki specialty restaurant that is particular about everything from their own brand of chicken "Hanamidori" to the soup, ponzu sauce, and condiments.We also offer courses, with all-you-can-drink options, perfect for parties and other special occasions.

[Hakata Motsunabe] Various types of motsunabe

We offer three types of motsunabe (offal hot pot) with our signature soy sauce base, rich and flavorful miso motsunabe, and mizutaki-style motsunabe! *The image shows the soy sauce motsunabe.

The chicken used is Hanamidori, a brand of chicken raised independently.

The chickens are carefully raised in a poultry house with clear air and plenty of sunshine, and given a "special feed" in which extracts such as seaweed and herbs are mixed with rice bran, soybean meal, etc. and fermented for a long period of time.The color of the meat is juicy and the thigh meat is bright pink, hence the name 'Hana'.In addition, the odor peculiar to chicken is suppressed, and it has a distinct taste and texture, so it is a taste that you can recommend with confidence.
